100 years of Independence
On November 11, the Poles celebrated the hundredth anniversary of regaining Independence after 123 years of Russian, German and Austro-Hungarian annexation. On this occasion many events took place. In my report, I present images from four of them:
- the Independence Run,
- the national anthem singing on Piłsudski Square,
- the Antifa march, which gathered about 70 people and
- the Independence March in which over 250,000 people took part.
The gift
This photo session was ordered by mothers as a gift for the end of the school year, for their kids’ teacher. I think it was a brilliant idea and it was a pleasure to photograph this lovely teacher.

The girls love climbing. On the weekend they had a chance to do this and then slide down. By the way, I heard people calling this type of a slide – going down on a rope – an American coaster. Why they call it like this, interpret by yourself.
