The last day of school
Today is the last day of school, so Girls wear fancy dresses.
Is it globalization when a European living in the Middle East, sends her kids to the Hindu school and describe this all in English?
Polish tradition
This post is for my friend who has Polish roots. This Polish tradition is a great fun for kids. On Holy Saturday, we prepare small baskets with different kind of food inside, from bread and meat to fruits and cake. The most important are salt and PAINTED eggs. And just painting eggs is the best fun for kids.
When baskets are ready we take them to church to bless.
